Conversations with the artificial intelligence model (AI) are not saved in any way. All conversations with the AI are destroyed immediately after exiting the chat screen. We do not keep any copies of user conversations, and users cannot access their conversations after exiting the chat screen.

We retain user information (email, phone number, name, gender, birth date) to continue the purpose of the application, which is connecting users to real psychologists. Users can delete their information immediately by clicking the “Delete Account” button, which permanently deletes the user account.
